By downloading, accessing, or playing FORGIUM you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game. This is a BETA release and may contain bugs, change, or be reset.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play FORGIUM for personal, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and the rules of your app store (Google Play / Apple App Store).
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country, if higher). If you are a minor, a parent or guardian must agree to these Terms on your behalf and supervise any purchases.
FORGIUM is provided as a BETA "as is" and "as available". Features, balance, virtual items, and progress may change, be wiped, or be discontinued at any time, with no compensation, except where the law requires otherwise.
The Game may show ads, including rewarded ads you may choose to watch for in-game benefits. You can remove banner/interstitial ads via the Remove Ads purchase. Ads are served by third parties subject to their terms and our Privacy Policy.
You agree not to: cheat, use bots/automation, exploit bugs for unfair advantage, modify or reverse engineer the Game (except where the law permits), tamper with purchases or saves, or disrupt other players (e.g. in guilds, guild wars, or leaderboards). We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
Names and guild text you enter must not be unlawful, hateful, infringing, or offensive. We may moderate, filter, or reset such content.
Optional sign-in (Google / Google Play Games / Apple) enables cloud save and leaderboards. You are responsible for keeping your account secure. During BETA this may be unavailable or simulated.
The Game and its content (art, code, audio, the name FORGIUM and related marks) are owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. The licence in Section 1 does not transfer any ownership.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Game is provided without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost progress/virtual items. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law (e.g. for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so some may not apply to you.
You may stop playing and uninstall at any time. We may suspend or end the Game or your access, particularly during BETA. Sections that by nature should survive (e.g. IP, disclaimers, liability) survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. Where required, disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Romania.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be shown in-app or by updating the date above. Continued play means acceptance.
